Rapheal Author Assistant provides strategic publishing consulting services to independent authors, including but not limited to:
Our services are consulting and advisory in nature. We provide recommendations, strategies, and guidance based on industry best practices and analysis of your publishing goals and author platform.
Payment for consulting services is due according to the pricing agreement established at the time of engagement. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the booking process. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon fees.
Invoices are generated after service completion or according to the service agreement terms. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Consultations can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
For project-based services, refund eligibility depends on the specific service agreement. Generally, once consulting work has commenced, services are non-refundable. Custom projects may have specific milestone-based terms outlined in your service agreement.
All original content, strategies, recommendations, and materials developed specifically for you during our consulting engagement remain your intellectual property. However, we retain the right to use general consulting methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific strategies in our future work.
You retain all rights to your published works, author brand materials, and book content. We do not claim ownership of your books, author platforms, or promotional materials we help you develop.
While we provide strategic consulting based on industry expertise and best practices, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes regarding book sales, reader engagement, platform visibility, or Amazon/Goodreads algorithm rankings. Publishing success depends on many factors beyond our control, including reader preferences, market conditions, and individual platform algorithms.
Rapheal Author Assistant is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on our recommendations. Our total liability for any consulting engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific engagement.
Rapheal Author Assistant is not a licensed attorney, accountant, or tax professional. Our services are provided for informational and strategic consulting purposes only. We do not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice. For legal, financial, or tax matters related to your publishing, please consult with appropriately licensed professionals.
We respect the confidentiality of our client relationships. Information you share during consultations is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your permission, except as required by law. Client case studies or testimonials will only be shared with your explicit written consent.
As a client, you agree to:
Either party may terminate a consulting engagement with written notice. For ongoing retainer relationships, termination notice should be provided 30 days in advance. Payment obligations for work completed remain due regardless of termination.
